THE DAMAGED HAIR RITUAL

The fire of the sun, the salt of the sea, the harsh winter winds… The passing seasons leave both memories and damage in the hair…

Simana says: Just like the plants of the earth, hair requires care from season to season. When touched with tenderness, it shines again.

For more radiance and strength, perform this ritual twice a month—do yourself and your hair a favor.

What

You’ll Need

Pineapple Oil or Olive Oil → A nourishing, restorative base.

Burdock Root Oil (20 drops) → For strong roots.

Cedarwood Oil (5 drops) → Strengthens brittle strands.

Niouli Oil (2–3 drops) → Cleanses the scalp.

Lemon Balm Hydrosol → Stimulates hair follicles and supports healthy growth.

Optional: Sim Bulutu (for shine), Kök Bağı (for strong hair).

Step-by-Step Ritual

1. Mask

Add

5 tablespoons of base oil (pineapple oil from the pantry or olive oil from the kitchen, if you prefer)

Add

20 drops of horsetail oil, 5 drops of cedarwood oil, and 2–3 drops of niouli oil.

Massage into the

scalp and ends. Wrap in a warm towel and wait 20 minutes.

2. Cleansing

Wash your hair with a

sulfate-free shampoo. Let your hair breathe with a feeling of lightness and freshness.

3. Revitalizing Spray

If you’d like, take some 100% natural lemon balm hydrosol from your pantry, or strain a cup of brewed lemon balm tea once it has cooled.

After your

shower, spray it onto your hair. Lemon balm stimulates hair follicles, reduces hair loss, and promotes growth.

4. Final Touch

Finish with Shimmer Cloud for

shine and Root Bond for strong roots.
