5.2 BASIC PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS

5.3 PRODUCT INVENTORY INFORMATION

Special offers, promotions, campaigns, or discounts will be valid during the specified dates and/or until stocks run out. The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of potential situations such as system rule violations or system errors regarding special privileges, such as points or discounts, provided on the Website. No claims may be made against the Seller in this regard.

Product inventory information is provided to the Buyer at the time the order is placed. In this notification, errors or changes may exceptionally occur due to technical reasons. Regardless of the reason, if some or all of the products are out of stock, the Buyer will be notified after the order is placed regarding when the products will be available or whether the entire order or a portion of it has been canceled.

5.4 ORDER

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the “Legal Notice and Terms of Use” text posted on the Website.

This Agreement is deemed to have been entered into when the Buyer confirms their order by clicking the “Confirm Payment” or “Confirm Cart” button. It is presumed that the Buyer is aware of the contents and terms of the order they have confirmed—and specifically of this Agreement—and that a payment obligation arises at the moment the order is confirmed, as well as the price, volume/weight, basic characteristics, quantity, and delivery terms of the products ordered. The order in question will be confirmed by sending an email to the email address provided by the Buyer. The Seller recommends that the Buyer retain this confirmation email in either physical or electronic form. The Seller shall not be held liable if the Buyer experiences difficulties accessing their email address or is unable to receive this confirmation email. Delivery of the product subject to this Agreement to the Buyer is conditional upon the Buyer having electronically executed/approved the Pre-Contract Information Form and this Agreement, and upon the Buyer having paid the full purchase price. If, for any reason, the full or partial amount of the product price is not paid, or if the payment is canceled in the bank records, or if any fraudulent transaction or attempt thereof is detected in the use of the Website, the Seller shall be deemed relieved of the obligation to fulfill the order and deliver the product.
