Sirius Full Moon Ritual

The first door of the

new year has opened.

As the Full Moon rises on January

3, Sirius in the winter sky is approaching its brightest point, and the veil is thinning…

Some bonds are meant to be broken, some doors are meant to be opened. That night will be a night of choices, not wishes!

The

universe is a space woven with possibilities. When consciousness comes into contact with this space, it makes a choice.

The

Full Moon is not just an astronomical event; it is also a window of time where the rhythm of the mind aligns with the rhythm of the heavens.

This Full Moon is a rare threshold for releasing the burdens your heart carries and calling forth the path you deserve.

Remember:

This practice is not a wish, nor is it “magic.”

It is a declaration of intent by a person taking control of their own destiny.

In

this exercise, we make two declarations:

🖤 What you want to cut out of your life.

🤍 What you want to invite into your life.

RITUAL – Under

the Full Moon

This is a water ritual. Because water behaves like an element with a memory; it holds onto what is said and releases it where it flows.

Prepare a

clear glass or bowl of water.

Place a candle

in front of it and light it.

Cup your hands over

the water.

(It is recommended that your hair be loose, if possible; allow the energy to flow.)

First, say what you’re going to let go of:

“I’m letting

you go from my life.

I’ve spoken your

name and closed the door.

There is no turning

back.”

Then say what you’re calling:

“I speak your

name and invite you.

I am ready. My path is clear.

Let what belongs to

me come to me.”

Leave

the water overnight in a place touched by the light of the full moon.

At

this moment, both individual and universal consciousness record the following:

“This matter has now been chosen.”

The

next day, drink a small portion of the water.

→ Think

of it as inviting the possibility you’ve chosen into your cells

Pour the

remaining water over your body in the shower.

→ Allow

the completed experience to dissolve

Watch the

flowing water. You may not be able to see the faces of those who have left, but their shadows pass by.

And don’t linger there too long. As you watch the water leave your body, know this:

Something is leaving; space is opening up.

That’s

all there is to it. The hard part isn’t the miracle; it’s making the decision.

Time Window

The effects of

this practice usually become apparent within the next 6 months.

Sometimes what is removed from your life is to make room for what you wish to come into it.

When it comes to pass, it’s recommended that you look back and write it down; because keeping a record strengthens the witness of your consciousness.

The Scientific Basis

of the

Ritual

Water molecules constantly rearrange themselves in response to environmental influences. The human body is also largely composed of water.

During

intention work:

• Focused attention,

• Repeated words,

• Emotional intensity—all influence the brain’s electrical activity and the rhythm of the nervous system.

This process creates a mental framing effect that alters the meaning we ascribe to our experiences and lays the groundwork for the strengthening of new neural connections through neuroplasticity.

The slow breathing and mindfulness

in the ritual calm the body by regulating the nervous system.

Drinking

water and letting it flow over us in the shower creates a somatic release experience that helps free the body from the burdens it holds.

Focusing on a

candle flame, moonlight, or the surface of water is a visual anchoring practice that gathers the mind’s scattered flow.

This is why, in many cultures, intentions are channeled into water; because when focused attention, emotion, and repetition come together, they produce real and measurable effects on our behavioral patterns and choices.

This is not a matter of “belief or magic”; it is a gentle and conscious practice of the relationship between consciousness and matter.
